The FreeCapitalist Project advances its mission through three key initiatives. The Producer Revolution™ is the name of the Project’s Personal Development & Leadership Initiative.

History/Background
The Producer Revolution is a term originally developed in concert with the FreeCapitalist Project in 2006. While the term has been used in various capacities over several years, on January 20, 2009 the Project formally launched the Producer Revolution™ as its official leadership development program. The program is offered to any member of the Project who has a) an above average interest in living a free and powerfully prosperous life, b) in transcending the Consumer Condition™ of fear and scarcity, and c) in helping to advance the cause of all FreeCapitalists by becoming a leader in the Project.

A Unique Opportunity
While all members of the Project support the premise that ‘fostering full economic freedom lies at the base of our liberties’, and the idea that ‘only in perpetuating economic freedom can our social, political and religious liberties be preserved’ the Producer Revolution provides an opportunity for the Project’s most deeply committed members to work at becoming united in the Producer Mindset, dedicated to becoming key contributors and extraordinary leaders in their families, their communities, and in the Project.

The Producer Revolution is a mindset; it’s a revolution in your personal frame-of-mind and your personal perspective on how you see the world. It’s a paradigm shift and a transformation where you start to view your role in the world as a contributor rather than a taker. - Les McGuire

The Producer Revolution consists of five, highly unique and inter-related components:

1. FreeCapitalist Conferences (3-day Events)
After successfully hosting a preliminary 3-day “Prosperity Prime” event at the FreeCapitalist mansion in Alpine, UT in August of 2008 the Project announced a program of monthly FreeCapitalist Conferences. As part of the Producer Revolution program, the Project now hosts monthly 3-day events called FreeCapitalist Conferences which are scheduled on a yearly calendar, at specifically selected venues across the globe. The events are held on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Thursday includes a planned social activity and a presentation of the Project’s basic mission, acknowledgement of individual members, and awards. The Thursday evening event is offered without charge* and is open to the general membership of the Project, and to guests interested in learning more about the Project.

*There may be fees or other minor costs related to dinner on Thursday.

Friday is a one-day, intensive training event related to the Project’s core philosophy, as presented through the Project’s Prosperity PrimeTM teaching model. This all day intensive is designed to empower active members of the project in their personal quest to live free, happy, and powerfully prosperous lives.

Project members pay a $995 tuition for the day, while active Producer Revolution participants attend the seminar without a tuition cost.
Note: These one-day intensives replace the Prosperity Quest Mentoring 1-day workshops previously offered four times a year through American Founders University for $4,295.

Saturday is dedicated to a unique, Producer Round Table event where participants receive the personal attention and opportunity for individual development, transformation, and empowerment through association with FreeCapitalist Project leaders and fellow Producers who each dedicate a portion of the day to each individual participants definite chief aim. This mentoring Round Table creates an environment for feedback, instruction, challenging questions and critical scrutiny of each participant’s current work. Fellowship and lasting relationships are cultivated in the Round Table.

Participation on Saturday is limited to active Producer Revolution participants.

2. Introduction to the Thirteen Principles of Prosperity (Home Study Course)
In partnership with American Founders University, the Project offers members of the Producer Revolution the full version of this university caliber course, which is designed as a comprehensive introduction to the 13 Principles of Prosperity (which forms the first thirteen ideas at the core of the Project’s philosophy). The course is offered as a home-study learning program, comprised of fifteen lectures delivered by Project Founder C. Rick Koerber (originally delivered in a live 15-week series) and are now made available in a 20 DVD set. In addition, members receive an in depth 450-page student manual/workbook that corresponds with the lectures.

Note: Members of the Project have the opportunity to purchase this course, and the 450-page student manual/workbook separately for $995

3. Prosperity Quest™ (Self-Paced Application)
In order to assist members in actually applying the 42-ideas contained in the Prosperity Prime™ model, beginning with the 13 principles, Prosperity Quest™ utilizes the fresh and powerful concept of ‘questing’ in an exceptionally unique and empowering 90° personal development program where each of ninety degrees are earned as participants successfully implement specific, detailed, “bite sized” action steps. The process of earning these degrees comprises a significant path of personal transformation, increase in abilities, and the realization of a more refined and expanded Human Life Value. A significant portion of the quests, in addition to containing internal, intrinsic rewards, also offer external rewards in the form of money, gifts, emblems, artifacts, travel opportunities, and much more. The Degree Quests, Achievement Quests, Producer Quests, and Guild Quests all focus on internalizing and applying the fundamental principles of freedom, prosperity, and peace. Quests and educational content are delivered and administered at the participant’s own pace via email, PDF downloads, and video segments (both streaming and downloadable).

Note: The Prosperity Quest program, as of January 2009, is only offered by the Project to active participants in the Producer Revolution.

4. Producer Coaching™
Members of the Project who choose to actively participate in the Producer Revolution receive regularly scheduled, one-on-one personal coaching sessions, which are personalized to each member’s life and personal objectives. Each session is focused on achieving principled, individual prosperity and success while at the same time helping to expand the leadership responsibilities and opportunities available to members through the Project. Special emphasis is given in the first stages of the coaching program to holding members accountable to their progress through the 13 Principles of Prosperity course and in successfully obtaining their first degrees in the Prosperity Quest program. The Project’s coaches are all members of governing FreeCapitalist Councils whose own understanding of principle, and personal experience in the Project is a tremendous asset for participants. Sessions are conducted via teleconference, with a schedule frequency that begins as once-a-month and expands as members achieve progress in the Prosperity Quest program.

5. Leadership Opportunities—including paid positions for those who help build the FreeCapitalist Project.
All members of the Project have opportunities to participate and lead in the Community Building Initiative through Study Groups and Forums. Project members who elect to participate in the Producer Revolution have an additional and unique opportunity’s in leadership related to his or her individual interests and abilities. These leadership opportunities include full and part time positions as a Community Organizer, Presenter, Speaker, Teacher, Recruiter, Coach, Mentor, Writer, Fundraiser and several other capacities. While incentive based compensation is offered to all participants in the Producer Revolution, individuals most suited for these leadership positions generally fall into three broad categories.

1) Those whose current professional or vocational pursuits are not providing financial, personal, and social rewards consistent with a member’s deep personal values and who are therefore looking for an opportunity to earn a living doing productive, cause oriented work, that helps further their own life’s definite chief aim.

2) Those who are financially distressed and are looking for a way to engage in honest, reputable, and socially significant value creation in exchange for above average compensation.

3) Those who are simply interested in advancing the cause of liberty and strengthening the Project as it pursues its mission-regardless of the financial remuneration involved.

A Call to Action
Individuals interested in exploring whether or not they qualify to participate in the Producer Revolution should understand that the value exchange proposition involved here is not charitable on the part of either party-meaning quite simply-unlike general membership in the Project, the Producer Revolution is not a ‘free’ offering, and the program is designed for only the most motivated members of the Project. There is a significant registration fee and regular monthly dues required for participants in the Producer Revolution. The paid leadership opportunities do not involve multilevel marketing or anything similar, and are not designed primarily as income opportunities. Instead, the Project is looking to compensate those individuals who would like to be heavily involved in helping to build and expand the project on a full or part-time basis.

If you think the Producer Revolution might be the right opportunity for you, send an email message to producers@freecapitalist.com with the subject line “Producer Revolution Inquiry.” In the body of the message include a description of why you are interested in joining the Revolution and what you would hope to accomplish as a result.

The producers are arising, the Producer Revolution has begun!

Joining the Project
All that is required to join/become a member of the FreeCapitalist Project is that the person desiring membership deliberately accept the FreeCapitalist Pledge and complete the basic information form found at http://pledge.freecapitalist.com. Once a person accepts the pledge they are a member of the project and are often referred to as Pledges, or Pledge Members.

After formally accepting the FreeCapitalist Pledge the new member receives a welcome message via email from the Project which also includes an invitation to accept and begin the Pledge Quest™.

The Pledge Quest™
Becoming a member of the FreeCapitalist Project opens up a whole new world to the average person. The Project itself is comprised of a deep and intricate array of structures, benefits, programs and offerings. In order to begin more fully grasping what it means to be a member of the Project, the Pledge Quest takes each new member on a fun and informative journey of bit-sized sets of challenges and instructions that expose key elements of the Project such as FreeCapitalist Radio, FreeCapitalist Daily, Study Groups, internet resources, and the online community of FreeCapitalists spread across the globe. There are 10 formal steps to the Pledge Quest and when a new member successfully completes all 10 steps he or she becomes a I° member.

What does the title or designation “I°” mean?
As part of its mission, the Project strives to enable each individual member on his or her quest to become a better citizen, to realize increased prosperity and to become more active in civic affairs. There are three separate strategic Initiatives in the Project which allow all members the opportunity to become a part of very specific, measurable efforts to improve their lives and the world around them.

One of the Project’s three initiatives is the Personal Development and Leadership Initiative which focuses on personal improvement, helping individuals in their determination to become stronger, more capable, and more prosperous individuals. The initiative is also referenced as the Producer Revolution™. One component of the Producer Revolution is a personal development program called Prosperity Quest™ which utilizes the basic learning technology of questing to assist members as they earn ninety different “degrees” or levels of officially recognized progress.

As members progress, earning each of these ninety degree in sequence, they are appropriately acknowledged. Therefore titles like “first degree” or “fifth degree” or even “forty first” degree, which reference specific levels of progress (between one and ninety), are commonly used by the Project and its members as a way to respectfully address and acknowledge effort and success. The Project has adopted a standard convention for these acknowledgments when used in writing, by either spelling out the title fully (i.e “First Degree”) or by using Roman Numerals followed by the degree symbol (°). So the term I° is synonymous with “First Degree”. VIII° is synonymous with “eighth degree,” and so on.

When an individual successfully completes the Pledge Quest™ he or she becomes eligible for the opportunity to participate in the Project’s Prosperity Quest™ component of the Producer Revolution™ and to signify this eligibility, acknowledging the added commitment required to successfully complete the Pledge Quest™, these members are formally given the status I° Member or simply I° as apposed to the status of Pledge or Pledge Member (which terms are used to designate those who have not completed the Pledge Quest) and as opposed to the status of Producer or Member of the Producer Revolution™ (which terms are used to designate those members of the Project who have elected to participate in the Personal Development and Leadership Initiative.

What are the Benefits or Privileges of being a I° member of the Project?
I° members participate fully in the Project’s Community Building Initiative, are eligible* to participate in the Project’s Personal Development & Leadership Initiative (the Producer Revolution™) and the Project’s Political Initiative (the FreeCapitalist Foundation) and can freely accept regular Membership Quests (general action items announced/and delivered by the Project) and Guild Quests (unique, usually one time action based challenges delivered to targeted groups of the general membership based upon Guild Association).

Note: The use of the term member, as with the phase “member of the Project,” signifies or references any or all members of the Project including Pledges, I° Members, and Members of the Producer Revolution™.

* While I° members of the Project are eligible, participation in the Producer Revolution™ has additional requirements which include qualification, enrollment fees, and monthly dues. Interested members should contact a member of the FreeCapitalist Council for details.

Those who advocate for capitalism, advocate for a society where all relationships are voluntary. In a capitalistic society, men and women are free to cooperate or not, to deal with one another or not, as their own individual judgments, convictions, and interests dictate. In such a society they deal with one another in terms of and by means of discussion, persuasion, and contractual agreement, by voluntary choice to mutual benefit with reason as the common standard and arbiter.

These basic ideas took thousands of years to mature and were ripened and refined through the Age of Reason, the Age of Enlightenment, the age of Reformation and through the great social revolution for liberty, prosperity and peace experienced during the late 18th and early 19th centuries in America, and the spread across the globe.

The particular cause of all FreeCapitalist Project members (also referred to as the ‘Cause of all FreeCapitalists’) is to promote the moral revolution described in the mission statement of the Project, through rugged individualism and social strength, based upon the universal principles of prosperity first advocated by America’s founding generation and most commonly referenced today in the Declaration of Independence and subsequently protected by the Constitution of the United States.

Those individuals in various locations throughout the United States and spreading from here across the globe, are engaged in a structured effort to fight for capitalism, not as a practical issue, not as an economic issue, but as it we suggested almost a full half century ago, with the most righteous pride, as a moral issue.

Man can redefine words, but he cannot redefine the truth. For the sake of consistency, for the sake of clear communication, for the sake of following a powerful path laid out by many of freedom’s most effective advocates, FreeCapitalists have purposefully elected to use the term Capitalism to identify our movement. Members of the Project use the title FreeCapitalist to specifically set apart those who are deliberately committed to the success of the Project.

Social, political and religious leaders over the last one hundred and fifty years, have engaged in the battle for human liberty by electing to use the term capitalism, as a reference to the broad moral system of freedom. These leaders include such remarkable men and women as Brigham Young, Ludwig Von Mises, Milton Friedman, Friedrich Hayek, Ayn Rand, and Ezra Taft Benson, and Ronald Reagan to name just a few.

While it is quite obvious that all of these leaders agreed in every aspect on capitalism, because no group has ever been organized to effectively usher forth a moral revolution to sanction and complete the political achievement of the American Founders, it should not be surprising that such leaders have, at times, had their disagreements.

There will be no comprehensive movement for freedom, and no significant progress in the effort to restrain the ever growing tyranny accomplished through the relentless expansion of government into all areas of life, happening at an increasing and frightening pace across the broad face of our planet-in all modern societies-until capitalism is advocated, defended, implemented, taught and upheld. Additionally, it must be upheld-not as an economic system, not as a strategy for making money or gaining worldly wealth-but as the only moral, philosophical system consistent with the fundamental ideas of freedom and peace.

It is for this reason that the practical result sought by the FreeCapitalist Project will include the final reclamation of both the term and the philosophy.

Project Position Statement—

The FreeCapitalist Project is a private, volunteer, non-partisan, non-governmental organization. This means that the Project does not work for or support any political party as part of its core mission. Members of the Project come from all across the political spectrum and from a wide range of political affiliations in different countries across the globe.

While the Project may at times take a position on a particular candidate, race, or public policy issue that is consistent with the views of one or another political party, this should not be construed as support for any party, but instead simply represent that free citizens, working together in a volunteer capacity, can build bridges between different political camps for the purpose of accomplish principle based progress and reform.

In the United States the Republican party seems to be less infiltrated by socialist, collectivist influences, however this is not a large distinctions. Leaders of both parties routinely cast aside Constitutional limitations on government, tend to view government as a tool for “remaking and repairing” society rather than the limited, appropriate, and moral role envisioned by the Founders that gave humanity the needed ingredients for what Dr. Skousen has called the great “five-thousand year leap of progress” witnessed during the first century and a half of America’s existence.

Social Conservatives, so-called, have a tendency to disagree with the objective of liberal democrats, but when they rely upon the same means (i.e., the use of government force) they are in effect trying to battle socialistic trends with fascist trends. Unfortunately, both parties have demonstrated an increasing tendency in modern times to agree with the socialist idea that, “the people, through government, should own and control the resources of production and distribution.” The immorality, and fundamental formula for tyranny inextricably linked to this philosophy is not obvious to the less educated and unaware. But, for capitalist minded citizens, this kind of thinking lays at the root of our fundamental call for revolution.
