Administrators at Yale, Cornell, Syracuse, Vassar and Oberlin were recently caught on undercover camera agreeing to rip up copies of the Constitution handed out off campus after an investigator posing as a student described the Constitution as “triggering” and “oppressive.” On the show Rick talks about why something that is supposedly “hurtful” to the feelings and sensitivities of others does not necessarily implicate protected rights.
